Rajesh Paranjape, blessed with a musical background and training at early age, thanks to his father and Guru Shri. Vinayak Paranjape. Before taking the decision to make music his profession, he has completed his education in Electrical Engineering. He was fortunate to have received the training from Dr. Ram Deshpande who is one of the leading Hindustani vocalist. Dr. Ram Deshpande mentored Rajesh in various fine aspects of music, combining the Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra Gharana in his Gayaki. Rajesh is Sangeet Visharad from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya with first class. He has accompanied his guru throughout India. Some of his prominent performances include Pt. Ram Marathe Festival Thane, Swara Sanskaar Sangeet Sammelan Mumbai, Khayal Trust Mumbai, Devnandan Ubhaykar Yuva Sangeet Festival Bangalore. His special performances were held by National Centre for Performing Arts (N C P A), Mumbai in different cities like Nashik, Pune, and Ichalkaranji etc.

He was invited as a scholar by an Educational Institute to demonstrate and share his perspective about ‘Awareness of young generation towards Indian Classical Music.’ He has captured attention of connoisseurs for his ability to deliver fast tonal patterns with clarity and vigor. Since 2010 he is in U.S.A. and performed in New Jersey in recognized organizations like Sangeet Prabhat IAPA, Sur Bahar, Taal Sadhana, and Marathi Vishva Festival, Washington DC, Chandayan NY, Ganapati Festival, Philadelphia, Learn quest Baithak in Boston, Indian Consulate NY, MACC Chicago & Tennessee Recently he is taking guidance from Pt. Madhav Bhatki who is a great Rachanakar & a great vocalist.
